Leadership and Organizational Integrated Consulting, Training, and Coaching
Organizations increasingly recognize the pivotal role effective leadership plays in achieving strategic objectives and fostering a positive work environment. In response to the rapidly evolving business landscape, there is a need to enhance leadership capabilities at all levels. Investing in comprehensive leadership and organizational training programs empowers leaders with the necessary skills to drive innovation, manage change, and inspire their teams.
Â
Proposed Solution: Action Learning Sessions
Ideal for all levels, from C-suite executives to team leaders, our program encourages continuous improvement practices, creating organizations responsive to stakeholders' needs, including customers, employees, the community, and the environment.
Â
Differentiator
Unlike typical leadership training or MBA programs emphasizing high-achiever skills (horizontal development), our sessions focus on vertical development. This approach is universally applicable and transcends personality-based models like Myers-Briggs or DISC, providing a more profound growth experience.
Learning Objectives and Deliverables
Content Overview
Our sessions include guided discussions, interactive collaborations, individual reflections, and short expositions to deepen participants' understanding of effective leadership. Activities help leaders reflect on their mindsets and styles and apply new skills to drive positive organisational change. Spacing sessions into shorter bursts over an agreed period allows participants to directly apply new concepts in their day-to-day work in smaller increments.

Laying the Groundwork for VMO
These sessions not only enhance leadership skills but also prepare leaders for broader organizational transformations. By fostering a mindset receptive to change and continuous improvement, participants are better equipped to embrace the concepts of a Value Management Office (VMO). This foundation supports the implementation of an Economically Curated Prioritized Portfolio (ECPP), aligning strategy with execution and driving organizational success.
Group Composition & Pricing
These sessions are designed for participants at all levels of your organization, with the most impactful results emerging from mixed, diverse groups. This is true Action Learning, with an exercises-to-exposition ratio of over three hours to one. Participants engage in hands-on exercises and candid discussions relating to their specific context and challenges, fostering empathy and understanding across various roles and organizational levels.
The complete curriculum features 18 hours of active learning. Pricing is $750 per participant for each 6-hour block.
For in-person sessions, the recommended maximum is 6 hours in a single day to avoid information overload.
This limitation doesn't apply to virtual sessions, which are typically two hours each and spread over several weeks. Virtual sessions are preferred as they allow participants to apply the concepts between sessions.
Client organisations often choose modules totalling 12-14 hours, with the most common engagement price ranging from $1,500 to $1,750 per participant.
